A Uyuni 1 Day tour across the salt flat
This Uyuni 1 Day tour crosses the Uyuni Salt Flat, the largest salt desert on the planet: over 10,000 km² of endless white at 3,656 m. In the dry season, a hexagonal mosaic stretching to the horizon; from late December to early April, the famous mirror effect. Departure at 10:30 am from Uyuni, return around 7:30 pm — a whole day to see it properly, without rushing, closing with a surprise toast facing the sunset.
How you travel
You travel in a shared 4×4 (6 passengers) with a driver-guide, or privately if you prefer your own vehicle and your own schedule.

Rates per person — shared: USD 79 · private: from USD 115 (2 people: USD 185). Departure and return in Uyuni; transfers from La Paz (flight or night bus) are quoted separately. Entry to the salt sculptures is not included (approx. 20 Bs, paid on site). Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat and warm clothing: the weather shifts a lot between midday and sunset.
